Theme two is something to impress. Well, I really impressed myself with this one. I couldn’t choose between preparing a lasagna or doing something with my tortilla’s. So, I combined both.
Line your tartlet tin with a small sized flour tortilla. Pour your favourite italian flavoured tomato sauce on the bottom. And top with the following ‘cheezy’ tofu:
225 g tofu (not to hard)
2 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
1/2 tsp salt
Mix in a blender.
Top with the herbs you have in your tomato sauce.
Perfect as a small meal when combined with a salad.
