Polony quiche and salad

For the quiche:

blend tofu, oat cream, nutritional yeast flakes, besan, soy sauce, pepper

Add cubed polony and peas

Pour in pie crust and bake in the oven

Salad:

cut 1 kale

add grated carrot

add fried polony and toasted cubed bread

Dressing:

agave syrup, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper
