I was so happy to receive Plenty from  Yotam Ottolenghi as a Christmas gift.

  1. I love Plenty! Honest simple cooking. Try the polenta with aubergineratatouille and the tofu in black pepper (there’s a LOT of black pepper in there but it’s still ok). Oh, and the lentils with hazelnuts and celeriac.

    I heard great things about “Plenty” but suspected that most recipes would involve dairy or eggs. Are there many vegan recipes (or easily modified recipes)?

    • Hey Rob, I think half of the recipes are vegan or easy modified. But it’s a beautiful book which gives lot’s of inspiration. And like Mau saus: honest simple cooking.
