replace 2 eggs by egg-replacer, 
use vegan margarine for the soft butter

  1. Ahhh, my wife would love these! She enjoys white chocolate, and everyone enjoys pine nuts / pinyon nuts / pinolia; they are a wonderful part of pesto.

    OK but not perfect yet? Because white chocolate tends to be extremely sweet, maybe add some chopped almonds and salt?

    • No problems with the taste. The texture wasn’t quiet perfect yet. You can see it a little bit on the picture. They were a bit ‘lumpy’ and started to stick together.
