Celery potato pie

Chop celery and boil for 5 minutes.

Cube potatoes,  add to the celery and boil for 10 minutes more.

Get rid of most of the water.

Now add a little bit of vegetable broth powder.

Add 3 tbsp pasata.

Some African spices.

Add chickpeaflour and stir very well.
Take away from the heat.

Put in a pie bottom and spread with ‘vegan ricotta’ from 500 vegan recipes.

Bake in the oven.

Serve with the ‘carrot salad’ from 1 000 vegan recipes.

Add couscous to it
