Apple-cranberry vanille-pudding pie

It’s been a long time, but finally I’m having a recipe again for you:

Apple-cranberry vanille-pudding pie



Start with the pastry. I used a ready-made from the store, but nothing  keeps you from making your own.

Continue with the vanilla pudding.  Again you have a choice: use a packet or make your own pudding.
(The vanilla pudding from Alpro or Provamel  should be fine too.)
Let the pudding cool.

Meanwhile you can make the ‘top’.
Mix 1 / 4 cup dark brown sugar with 2 tablespoons dried cranberries.
Cube  3 apples .
Mix with the cranberries and stir in 1 tablespoon rum.

Now you are ready to assemble your pie.

Pour the pudding into the pie shell. The pudding shouldn’t be hot and/or liquid.  He should certainly not be running.
Cover the pudding in the middle with the apple mixture.
Feel free to pour the remaining fluid  over the apple mixture. This gives the pie a nice brown crust.

And bake  in the oven.
