Seitan stoverij

Finally, I made some authentic flemish stoverij.  I used the recipe from EVA, which appeared in their magazine and is also to be found on their website.  There is even a video. If you’re having troubles with the translation (use google translation), just send me a note.

Traditionally this is eaten with french fries, but I only had soft boiling potatoes in the house, perfect for mashed potatoes.



  1. Binnenkort komt er nog een nieuw recept van stoverij! De wedstrijd ‘Veggietalent uit Gent’ leverde ook een receptje op, hetwelke ik getest heb en door mij persoonlijk bevonden als dé béste stoverij ooit!
