Pumpkin gnocchi and brussels sprouts in the wok

This was my first atttempt to pumpkin gnocchi. Yummy! I used a combination of potatoes and pumpkin and served it with pesto.

The reason why I’m telling you about the gnocchi first is that the next dish was very  tasty, but the picture kinda failed.  As I lately found and prepared a few creative recipes for brussels sprouts, who actually managed me starting to like  them, I thought it was time for me to create one too.

Simple, and doesn’t even take half an hour.

Brussels sprouts in the wok

Clean the brussels sprouts.

Cut in half.

Boil them for 10 minutes.

Stir fry in a wok, use some peanut oil and add concentrated apple juice.

Add marinated tofu strips.

Add 2 dl ( a little bit more than 3/4 cup) cream (I used soy here)

Add 1 tbsp dark soy sauce and some white pepper.
