What did you get for christmas?

Here is the soup I prepared on christmas evening:

Creamy broccoli soup with red pepper puree.

And for dessert:

Lemon cheesecake from The joy of baking vegan. Although it seemed that all silken tofu had disappeared from the shops, I still managed to prepare the cheesecake by using  firm tofu. This worked as well, but your cheesecake is less smoothier. I served it with the raspberry puree from The real food daily cookbook.
