Kohlrabi

 

Kohlrabi with ‘cream’: chop kohlrabi into small cubes, saute in a little oil, season with mint and coriander, stir in oat-cream, cook for  fifteen minutes.
The green beans in tomato sauce is based on a recipe from The urban vegan (=Harcots verts et tomates)
Accompanied by couscous and a soy burger.
Yet another successful combination.
