Moroccan couscous

Chickpeas were replaced by marinated and oven roasted tofu.

I didn’t had any artichokes in the house so I omitted them and I used dried mushrooms. These are however not so good. With fresh mushrooms, this would certainly have been very tasty.

Normally you have to mix the sauce and the chickpeas and serve them on top of the couscous  but I prefered to serve it this way.



  1. I bet this would be wonderful as a cold meal, too. It looks delicious but right now I can’t bring myself to heat up the stove (28°C).
