Cauliflower and potato burgers

I don’t know how it is in other countries, but I’m having cauliflower all over this time of the year.   I wanted to try something new and found this:


1 cauliflower
-> cut into florets

2 potatoes
-> cubed

=> boil together

=> when ready, mash

1 tbsp soy-sauce
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 tbsp soy flour
2 tbsp chickpea flour

=> add all of this to the mashed pototoes and cauliflower
=> let it cool for a while
=> preheat the oven at 175 °C
=> shape your burgers by taking one small handful of your mixture
=> bake in the oven, 20 min.,  turn the burgers halfway the time

I served them with Bulgur pilaf and a basic brown sauce (from Vegan Planet)
