Again a recipe I found on the internet, somewhere here.
- 500 g flour
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 200 g vegan margarine
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp vanilla-sugar
- 1/2 l soymilk
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- Melt the margarine.
- Put the sugars and the cinnamon in a bowl.
- Add the melted margarine.
- Sift the baking powder and the flour and add to the bowl.
- Stir in the soymilk, slowly.
- You should get a nice smooth mixture.
- Now you can bake your waffles.
