Easter food

I’m a little bit behind with my posts.  This was our easter food:


For the pie I used the same recipe as for the green bean & potato pie, but switched the potatoes and green beans with leek & mushrooms.It’s ‘Hummus’, ‘curried carrot dip’ and a pasta salad with ‘Marinated Italian tofu’ all from VEGANOMICON.  Everything tasted great and it was a very good way to celebrate spring.
