Another vegetable  I can’t find a correct translation for.  But ik looks like this, and we call it: paksoi.


A few weeks ago I made these things with it:

First: sauted paksoi (with some balsamico vinegar and a little soy-sauce) mashed up trough some potatoes.  Served with a pumpkin  burger.

Second: stir fried rice with the paksoi and a vegan hot-dog (yes, why not?)

Both good ways for trying to get used to it’s taste (which is a little bit like chinese cabbage).
