Peppery-gnocchi soup

A few days ago I had this terrible headache. I didn’t want to give up and go to my bed, no, I wanted some food. And because of the fall-weather, I made some soup: easy and comforting.
It became this:

Cut two small onions, 2 garlic cloves in small parts.

Fry them in some olive oil.

Add some broccoli flowers (more or less 1/3 of a broccoli).

Stir and saute for a little bit of time.

Add some vegetable broth.  Bring to boil and let it boil for 5 min.

Let it cool a little bit and blend the soup together with 1/2 roasted red pepper.

Now add 2 tbs tomatopaste, 2 tbs cashew-pimiento-‘cheese’ sauce, paprikapowder, salt and pepper.

Reheat the soup and add green beans and gnocchi (both ready for consuming).

Don’t lett the soup boil again.  (I don’t know why, put they always put this in a souprecipe).

Serve with some ‘creamer’ of your choice.
