What can you do with a lot of white-mash leftovers. I guess, try something new. So, I did. Some time ago I made some carrot-towers, why shouldn’t I try some cauliflower-towers.
White mash: boil some cauliflower and mix with lemon, soy-cream, nutritional flakes, salt, pepper.
Then add the following:
Put in a muffin-loaf and bake at 180°C, half an hour.
And by this: something white fluffy became something yellow, a little bit les fluffy.
This was served with mushroom-rissotto and Vege-deli schnitzels.
