Hopefully it’s for the last time in a very long time that I had to make this typical winter-dish.
For this reason I tried to make it into perfection.
Start with the carrots. Chop them in little pieces and saute them in a little bit of oil and some vegetable bouillon. When their soft, ad some nutrional yeast. Mash them up.
Meanwhile boil potatoes. When soft, mash with soymilk and margarine.
Put the carrots and the potatoes together, and ad some salt and pepper.
Really, I never made them any better than like this.
In addition I prepared the Italian tofu from ‘Vegan with a vengeance’.
