It looks like my cookbook of the week is Leah Lenman’s 365 plus one vegan recipes.
This time I made the tempeh chilli. Which is very easy and fast to make. Ideal after a long day of working. And I behaved as very good girl, because I followed the recipe totally and didn’t change a thing about it.
Oops, sorry, except for the tomatoes. Only used passata instead of the two tomatoes (we’re in the middle of the winter, wrong time for using fresh tomatoes) and tomatopaste.
