Easy dinertime noodles (Veganmofo no.7)

 

This meal is totally stolen from Vegan Dad, but instead of his ‘Easy lunchtime noodles’ I prepared this for a diner.
And I didn’t use chestnuts or chickpeas or green onions.  (I’ll do that one day, I promise).  I did use a package with wok-vegetables from the supermarket.  And a stir-fry tofu package, also from the supermarket.  [...]
