This dish is from one of my latest cookbook purchases, The healthy voyager’s global kitchen.   It’s the kind of book you start to flip through and you decide: I want to try it all.  I bought it together with Chloe’s kitchen and that book gave me the exact same feeling. So next posts will probably mostly with food from those two:
