I don’t know how it is in other countries, but I’m having cauliflower all over this time of the year.   I wanted to try something new and found this:
CAULIFLOWER AND POTATO BURGERS
1 cauliflower
-> cut into florets
2 potatoes
-> cubed
=> boil together
=> when ready, mash
1 tbsp soy-sauce
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp breadcrumbs

One of my favorite combinations of flavours is celery, carrots, peanutbutter and cumin.  Another favored combination is tomato, seitan and cauliflower.  This recipe combines it all, and has even more flavours in it:
