This book changed my life! I had been vegan for about 5 yrs when this came out, and had given up on sweets and baking in general. This is my go-to book when I need to bake up anything. Oh, of all the things I’ve made, the Apple Cake gets the most comments from everyone I serve it to.

This is such a good idea! My flatmate has a rice cooker, but we only ever use it for rice or soaking things. It looks delicious.
