It's a dish we aren't familiar with in Belgium.
I found it kinda weird to serve this as a main dish.
It tasted great.

One of the books I got as a present for my birthday was Vegan diner.

There is only one thing that pops in my head when I think again about these dishes: huge. Cutlets and dumplings: both were very huge. And delicious.
