Again I cheat a bit with the name of the dish, because I didn’t use seitan.

Adjustment: I used TVP granules instead of seitan. They were soaked in vegetable broth and some soy-sauce.
Used vegetables: 3 shallots, bamboo shoots, peas and baby corn (sliced)
