This is a typical soup for those very cold freezing days. There is only one problem: we don’t have them. This morning I heard on the radio this winter we only had 2 freezing days till now. How about the rest of the world? Are you having a real winter?

No real winter here too. Ireland is never that cold (except for last winter) but it’s warmer than usual (yesterday it was 12 degrees Celsius!)

It rarely freezes here in southern Arizona, but after several years you become accustomed to this weather… so 4C feels very cold and wintery! I moved here from Honolulu, where winter means temperatures approximately 11C. I was wearing a coat while tourists wore shorts
