Particular:
When I first saw this book, I was really impressed how huge this boos was.
But also with the amounts of chapters and recipes. It took me days to go through the whole book.
One thing I learned immediately. This was a new way of vegan cooking.
One that doesn't mind using faux-food. Even more, this book learns you how to make them.
One thing was for sure. The vegan sky has no limits.

I’ve tried their seitan chorizo crumbles from their blog. A bit too spicy for me, but apart from that really good! And easy! So next time, I’ll adjust it a bit and make my own crumbles. This recipe is a stay on my list and I’m tempted to buy the book now
