This is from the ‘The garden of vegan’. Actually I only used the sauce instructions and substituted the vegetables with chinese cabbage, carrots and some tofu-sausages.
I liked the sauce so much, that I think it will turns out a regular on our menu.
This was number 4 for Veganmofo 2009.
