Little tofu balls

Based on the recipe from ‘The everyday vegan’.  I simplified it a little bit by lefting out some of the ingredients like: onion, celery and fresh herbs.

They are really easy and fast to make.  And they are a lot tastier than some you find in the store.

For the filling I used the recipe ‘Aspargus and sun-dried tomato Frittata’ from ‘Vegan with a vengeance’.  Only, instead of aspargus I used some peas.
