First rule, when you start to give a teenager close to vegan food: don’t play to much with strange flavours.
I made this wok-dish especially for her:
Stir fry some vegetables
and ad this Teenager-asian-sauce, which is only a mix of:
tomato paste
soy-sauce (salt)
sweetener of your choice
vinegar (rice or red wine)
Ad some tofu (I used with a japanese flavour).
But otherwise, you can marinate the tofu to your own choice (or better, the teenager’s choice).

And did she like it?
Yes, yes!!!
I served it with some small vegetable loempia’s. Normally she likes loempias very much, but not these ones: to spicy!!!
