Tomorrow, there will be no post.  Because we’re going to Air Traffic at the AB in Brussel.  One of them is a vegetarian, so we have again a fine guest (= toffe gast, in dutch the word ‘gast’ also means a fellow).  We thougth of taking them some homemade chocolate cookies.

Toffe gast: Eric De Queker

In de magazine van ‘De morgen’ stond er dit weekend een interview met interieur/decorateur Eric De Queker.   De foto’s trokken onmiddellijk mijn aandacht door de speelse taferelen in interieurs die werden getoond.  Fantastisch vind ik dat.  En tot mijn grote verrassing bleek deze man ook nog eens een veganist te zijn, wiens tweede grote passie [...]

I’m a fan of ‘Vegan dad’.  He has 3 small kids, a wife, an intellectual job and still manages to spend a lot of time on vegan cooking and blogging about it.  I think he’s ‘Vegan superdad’.
